This week: hills. One last climb (or two) before our final taper for the San Francisco Marathon. Let’s make it count! 

Before we dive into the details, here’s a quick reminder of something that’s easy to forget: your fellow Run Club members notice when you show up. Your consistency, your energy, your support, it all matters. It builds the vibe and is the reason we keep coming back each wildcard Tuesday. So thanks for showing up! 

This week’s workout…

This 5-mile route hits both Tank Hill and Corona Heights. Two punchy climbs, two epic views. Let’s get those legs and lungs ready.

Twin Top Tuesday Lite 4M

Want the views without going full beast mode? This 4-mile version skips Tank Hill but still gives you a solid climb up Corona Heights.

Next week we’ll ease off the climbs with an easy race week shakeout. We’ve got quite a few club members racing next weekend, so proud of all your progress and commitment.
