Runner Love
I had barely run two miles before I signed up and I just completed 13.1 miles! I never could have done it (or believed I could do it) without Marathon Matt! The results are amazing. This has been one of the biggest accomplishments of my life.
Ok here is the thing – you don’t have to like running to join Matt’s group because, as I always tell Matt, his program is really about building community. The running, the race, and the corresponding runner’s high is a nice bonus. But the real reward are the friends you make. (woah, did I just type that line?)
RC got me through my first half marathon and kept me going for 3 more all within the span of a year. While the overall weekly schedules have shifted a bit since I joined, the current plan of 3 workouts a week is perfect!
