From Coach Toby…..
This week’s wildcard run brings a fresh twist. Join us for a unique run + strength session mash-up led by me and Coach Elena. We’ll lace up for a solid 3-mile run followed by a short strength workout with key exercises designed to build endurance, stability, and power—all tailored for runners.
Important Note: We’ll meet at our regular location and finish at Kezar Stadium. Personal items can be brought to the meet-up and will be shuttled to Kezar Stadium for you to retrieve at the finish. (No valuables please.)
