Coach Toby invites you to a spooktacular Halloween-themed workout with the RC crew! An annual fave, expect more fun than fright as we explore some of the city’s spookiest spots in your best costume. 

Oh yes, and prizes! Up for grabs in the costume contest are a free entry to The Krampus Cross Country 5K/10K or Naughty Niner event on December 17th in San Francisco, and a chance to win a bottle of wine and complimentary group tasting certificate from our Run Club SF sponsor, Taft Street Winery in Sebastopol.
