Hill Hath No Fury!

Frank Shorter (famous runner/Olympian/legend) once said, ‘Hills are speedwork in disguise.’ And, he’s totally right! Hills work many (if not all) of the physiological systems that speedwork does.

With Kezar Track unavailable to us this Thursday, it’s a PERFECT time for us to venture out and tackle some HILLS!

We’ll get things rolling with a (nearly) 1 mile jog to the intersection of Stanyan/Fell. We’ll do a few range of motion drills before seguing into ‘Hill Hath No Fury’ 😉

You’ll have the option of tackling 3, 4, or 5 hill repeats. Each repeats is .35 miles (roundtrip).

After knocking out our hill repeats, we’ll do a (nearly) mile cooldown job back to Kezar and segue into cross-training led by Coach Elena!
