From Coach Toby…..
Great job conquering Twin Peaks! This week, enjoy a recovery run in the park with an optional tempo component.
Ask your Run Club mates and many will confirm: tempo runs aren’t just for elite athletes. They are a powerful tool for every runner.
By incorporating tempo sessions into your training, you will reach new levels of fitness, endurance, and mental resilience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, I encourage you to embrace the tempo. Your full potential awaits!
