Great turnout for last week’s progression run and welcome to the wiggle! This week we leave the flats of Golden Gate Park and head over to Parnassus Heights for our first hill circuit workout.
Hills require and strengthen our entire body, on climbs and descents. That’s why tonight you’ll find an equal amount of both. I encourage everyone to ditch your watches for this one and focus on effort. I’ll review the circuit and provide instruction for how to tackle after our group warm-up run and exercises.
This wildcard is accessible to runners of all levels and abilities. Come out and support your teammates!
