COVID-19 Update (3/9/20)

News

Firstly, your health and safety is PARAMOUNT to us.
With this in mind, please use common sense these next couple weeks….

-If you’re feeling ill/out of sorts, skip any scheduled runs we may have and stay home.
-Cover your mouth if you’re coughing/sneezing. Wash your hands frequently with hot water/soap.
-It’s probably a good idea to abstain from high fives, hugs, etc. Fist bumps/elbow bumps is a better idea at this juncture.
-I’d also strongly encourage all of you to do what you can to bolster your immune system. Sleep well. Hydrate well. Eat well. Try to keep your stress level low.

FYI, one of the great things about running (and being active in general) is it bolsters your immune system.

We are going to try to proceed with our regularly schedule programming to the best of our ability these next couple weeks.

This being said, if things evolve (fingers crossed they do not), we ‘may’ elect to cancel our runs/workouts.

Obviously, your attendance/participation is a personal choice. If you’re simply not comfortable running, I get it.

If you have questions/concerns, drop me a line-EMAIL MATT
