Wildcard Run (GOLDEN GATE PARK EASY DAY 10K or 5K Alternative)-03/29/18

News

This week’s wildcard run will complement our back-to-back scheduled Saturday long runs (last weekend and again this weekend). The goal here is to run at an easy conversational pace – and to enjoy this beautiful GG Park loop with your Run Club mates!

Going light is right! Easy days are essential for any race distance prep be it a 5K or 100 miler. Coach Toby will share more about the benefits and importance of incorporating these types of workouts into your training.
