Wildcard Workout Week #10 – Summer Season Finale: Run The Edge (4.25-5M)

News

From Coach Toby…..

For our last hill workout of the summer season, we’re heading to one of my favorite hidden corners of San Francisco. The route climbs gradually from Golden Gate Park to Edgehill Mountain, where those who want a little extra vert can add a summit loop or two before heading back.

Thanks for making this such a fun summer! I hope you’ll join us when Wildcard returns mid-August for our fall season. Until then, happy running!
