From Coach Toby…..

This Tuesday is our annual Pride Run. Pride is about community and that feels very aligned with what Run Club SF is all about too!

Everyone is welcome for this one so if you have a friend who’s been curious about Run Club, feel free to bring them along.

We’ll start with a short warm-up jog and some dynamic stretches. Then we’ll head out for a 5 mile run to the Castro and back. Run your own pace and effort.
