Happy New Year! We’re kicking off 2026 with some honest strength work. Two out-and-back options this week. Pick your hill and get after it.

4.5 miles to Twin Peaks
3 miles to Tank Hill

This is an effort (not pace) based workout. No pressure, no expectations. Let’s get out there and do the work together.

Looking ahead: We’ll be back at sea level next week for a flattish run and an ice cream social with our community partners and friends at SF Hometown Creamery
