It may be wet and wild tomorrow night, folks! So, we’re keeping this run a bit less ‘wild’ than usual as putting down course markings may be difficult (if not impossible).If you’re joining us, make sure you wear gear/apparel that is good for wet conditions.
Coach Toby will be out for this one, but you’ll be in the more than capable hands of a few of our captains!
We’ll get things started with a warm up run from 7th and MLK to Stanyan and Fell/Oak. Beginning at Stanyan and Fell/Oak, run one Panhandle loop counter clockwise, and then run one loop clockwise.
Two options:
- Shakeout — Run each 1.5 M loop at easy, conversational pace
- Tempo— Run 1st 1.5M loop at easy, conversational pace, run 2nd 1.5M loop at comfortably challenging pace.
