From Coach Toby….
Beach mode: activated. After last week’s challenging climbs up Strawberry Hill, we’re keeping it mellow with a golden-hour Golden Gate Park cruise to Ocean Beach. Don’t be surprised if you get a little sand in your socks!
No trail shoes? No worries. Road shoes will do just fine. Looking for a slightly shorter run? Make a right at Sunset Blvd, cross MLK Jr Drive, turn right and return on the sidewalk back to the start for a 4-mile option.

Next week we’re wrapping up the season with our Wildcard Spring Send-Off at Foghorn Taproom (864 Divisadero). Head out with us on a new route and then stick around for drinks and bites with 10% off everything from our friends at Foghorn.
Thanks for making this such a great season, let’s send spring off in style! (Feel free to leave your belongings at the restaurant while we are on the run)
