Runner Strength Workout Description

News

This season, we are offering Runner Strength Workouts every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Kezar.

Doing this workout once a week will provide you with a dose of strength, plyometric, mobility and stretching. This gives your body the strength and power it needs to run farther, faster, and stronger!

Additionally, this workout will help prevent injury and expedite post run recovery. Your running will improve if you do this workout consistently. Becoming a better, stronger, faster runner is all about CONSISTENCY!

The only gear you need is a pair of heavy weights and a yoga mat (or towel).
