Runner Strength Workout Description

This winter season, we are offering a Runner Strength Workout for November and December – every Wednesday (excluding 12/25) at 6:30 pm at Kezar.

Doing this workout once a week will provide you with a dose of strength, plyometric, mobility and stretching, to give your body the strength and power it needs to run farther, faster, and stronger.

Additionally, this workout will help prevent injury and expedite post run recovery. Your running will improve if you do this workout regularly!

The only gear you need is a pair of heavy weights and a yoga mat (or towel).
