Tuesday 4/30 ~ Wildcard Week 11 – Twin Top Tuesday (5M or 4M)

News

From Coach Toby…….

Dear Run Club family,

As we approach the end of a fantastic season, I want to extend a thanks to each of you. Your camaraderie and persistence have transformed our Tuesday runs into a highlight, often the highlight of the week for me.

I hope you’re feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident in your ability to conquer challenging runs. Remember, by showing up each week, you’re not only improving physically but also reaping great mental benefits. Keep up the amazing work.

Read on for this week’s workout… and what’s happening in between seasons.

This week. Hills. Are you ready to conquer one or two?

Twin Top Tuesday 5M: Challenge yourself with a scenic 5-mile route that takes you to the tippy top of Tank Hill and Corona Heights. Prepare for the best views and a heart-pumping ascent to each peak! Link to route

Twin Top Tuesday Lite 4M: Prefer a more relaxed pace? Opt for this 4-mile route, still taking in the beauty of Corona Heights but with a slightly gentler approach. Link to route

It’s Taco Tuesday. Join us for our post-run social at Underdog Tres. Let’s refuel with some tacos and celebrate the season. While they may not have Corona beer, I know we’ll find something equally refreshing to enjoy. See you there!

What’s Next? Join Us for In-Between Season Fun. Please join me and the rest of Run Club SF for two in-between-season pop-up runs + socials. These are free and open to the general public, so feel free to invite a friend or two.

Our first will be next Tuesday, May 7th, the ‘Coit Tower Discovery Run 3 Miler,’ hosted by yours truly and our friends at Renew Physical Therapy (659 Commercial St Suite 101). We appreciate Dr. Nicole Sabes inviting us!

Then, gear up for a fun oceanside 4-miler the following Tuesday, May 14th, starting from Woods Outbound (4045 Judah St).

Look to Matt’s email newsletter and our social for details. Let’s keep the momentum going and enjoy some great runs and good company together between seasons.

Finally, if you’ve enjoyed the season with Run Club SF, please consider leaving us a review on Yelp. Your feedback helps us grow and improve our community for everyone.

Cheers and happy running!
