All of you have done some quality work these past few weeks. We’re now just about halfway through the season and now is a GREAT time to get a feel for your current level of running fitness.
Whether you’re training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, or simply wanting to increase your comfortable, conversational pace, it’s likely you’ve got a ‘number’ rattling around in your head.
Maybe you want to run a 5K in 30:00. Maybe you want to run a 10K in 60 minutes. Maybe you want to conquer a half marathon in 2:00. Or maybe you just want to run a few miles (comfortably) at 9:00/mile

Here’s a brief description of the course…..
- Head WEST on MLK towards 19th Ave
- Cross 19th (carefully) & turn RIGHT on Transverse Trail & head towards JFK (1M)
- Follow Transverse Trail towards JFK and turn RIGHT onto JFK (1.36M)
- Follow JFK to Nancy Pelosi Dr & turn RIGHT (2.59M)
- Follow Nancy Pelosi Dr to Bowling Green Drive and veer LEFT (2.7M)
- Follow Bowling Green Drive to MLK and veer RIGHT on MLK (2.93M)
- Follow MLK back to the finish!
