Welcome to our first wildcard of the season! We’re heading for the hills, so to speak. Every runner’s ally, running hills just 1-2x a week helps build strength, improves speed and coordination, and mental toughness.
After range of motion exercises and a 1 mile warm-up, we will segue into hill repeats along Stanyan Street, starting at its base at Fell St up to Fulton St and back. Each repeat is approx one-third mile with 65 feet of climb.
