This week I introduce what I call “The Goose” or group fartlek. A versatile and fun workout, it will help you practice and adapt to running at difference paces. As with solo fartlek running, groups will alternative between easy running and quicker pace surges with the leader in the front determining the pace. I’ll explain in detail before we begin.
Reflective gear and headlamps a must for this one.
