What a season. The ups, the downs. Literally! 

Thanks for making our wildcard runs part of your fitness and running routine. I design each with simple intent: to make you a stronger, more confident, curious and tenacious runner and human being. 

This season finale is a tribute to the many triumphant climbs and ascents we conquered together this season. The workout incorporates climbs and descents on Hillway and Willard, two of SF’s many steep streets.

After a short warm-up, we’ll head to the start together. 

Winter season wildcard runs + post run team socials return to Tuesday night in Golden Gate Park. We’ll meet at MLK Jr Dr & 7th Ave. Plenty of parking and easily accessible by public transportation. Looking forward to seeing you!

Thursday’s Workout (course will be marked with chalk)

  • Start at the bottom of Hillway Ave and Carl St
  • Run up Hillway
  • Turn left on Parnassus
  • Turn left on Willard (and run down)
  • Turn left on Carl
  • Return to Hillway and Carl
  • Now complete the same sequence in reverse.
  • Run east on Carl
  • Turn right on Willard (and run up)
  • Turn right on Parnassus
  • Turn right on Hillway Ave (and run down)
  • You will do the above 3x. Feeling ambitious? Add another.
  • Return to Kezar Stadium when done.
  • Nice work!
