From Coach Toby…
Twin Peaks is behind us, great job. We’ll get our sure-footed mountain goat legs back in action next week. Don’t miss our Happy Hilloween Run next Thursday. (Details to come)
This week we’ll tackle an out and back course to San Franciso’s famed Painted Ladies Victorian houses, with two 3/4 mile fartlek speed sessions in the Panhandle built in. I’ll explain fartlek and how to do it before the run. Looking forward to seeing you then.
