From Coach Toby….
Our days are getting shorter. Wear bright and reflective colors and a headlamp if possible. Sunset will be at 6:55pm. Be safe, be seen!
Onward to the workout!
Incorporating stairs into our runs is one of the best ways to gain strength and muscle dexterity.
Background: A couple of years ago, I completed a project to run every street in San Francisco. A personal tribute to SF by foot, one of my favorite discoveries was our city’s many hidden stairways. Tonight I’m happy to share two of them with you.
