We’ll get things rolling with a warmup jog to the cul-de-sac at the end of MacArthur Avenue
We’ll segue into some range of motion drills and then continue with our run towards the Marina/Embarcadero

Saturday ARM Long Run Course Map
Here’s a description of said course…
-Descend from Julius Kahn Park to MacArthur Ave.
-Turn RIGHT on MacArthur Ave and follow to Presidio Ave.
-Veer RIGHT on Presidio Ave towards Lincoln Ave.
-Turn LEFT on Lincoln. Run briefly along Lincoln and then turn RIGHT on Girard.
-Follow Girard to the Marina. Girard turns into Marina Boulevard.
-Cross over to the other side of Marina Blvd and continue towards Ft. Mason
-Crest Ft. Mason Hill and descend. Continue running along the waterfront/Aquatic Park.
-Once you are RIGHT next to the ‘Marina Fitness Court’, you will have logged 2.5 miles.
-Continue running along the Marina towards Fort Mason Hill.
-Once you have crested Fort Mason Hill, you will have logged 3 miles.
-Descend Fort Mason Hill & head into Aquatic Park. Once you reach the end of Aquatic Park (there’s a large cul-de-sac) you will have logged 3.5 MILES! Look for a ‘RC7’ in chalk here. Turn around here and head back to ARM for 7 MILES.
-If you want to log 8 (or more), continue on into Fisherman’s Wharf. Once you reach the intersection of Jefferson/Powell (across from CVS Pharmacy), you will have logged 4 MILES. Look for a ‘RC8’ in chalk here. Turn around here and head back to ARM for 8 miles.
-If you want to log 9 (or more), continue on the Embarcadero. At the intersection of Embarcadero/Bay (across from Hillstone restaurant), you will have logged 4.5 miles. Look for a ‘RC9’ in chalk here. Turn around here and head back to ARM for 9 miles.
–If you want to log 10, continue on the Embarcadero. At the intersection of Embarcadero/Green (adjacent to the ‘Green’ sign), you will have logged 5 miles. Look for a ‘RC10’ in chalk here. Turn around here and head back to ARM for 10 miles.
