From Coach Toby…..
Welcome to our second wildcard run! The route is a simple one – through Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach and back, and includes some well-groomed park trails. Choose a 4 or 6 mile option. The trails are non-technical, so road running shoes will do just fine.
Our weekly 3-6 mile wildcard runs are designed to develop strength, endurance and mental grit, and will often take us to less known San Francisco spots. My aim is to make these fun, challenging, and accessible to runners of all abilities. Looking forward to sharing them with you.
