Thursday Wildcard Workout —The Fist (3.75 miles)-3/24/22

News

From Coach Toby…..

A Run Club favorite, we call this run The Fist. I’ll tell you why before we kick off the run. This workout includes a moderate amount of climbing and descents, not to mention world class views of downtown SF and the bay. If you are new to running our city’s hills, this run is the perfect intro. Take the climbs slowly, and incorporate walk breaks along the way if needed. See you Thursday!
