From Coach Toby:
It’s time to brighten up our night time running with a festive stroll through Golden Gate Park. Enjoy the many holiday lights!
This is flat four-miler that may be run with or without fartlek. Fartlek, Swedish for “speed play” is a type of unstructured running where we switch up our pace from slow or moderate, to a quicker effort throughout a run. I’ll provide recommendations for how to add fartlek into the workout before we head out.
This will be the first of our holiday themed wildcard runs…another to come next week!
