Taste the Trail (3.2 miles or 5.2 miles)-04/16/22

Nestled in the Presidio is a WONDERFUL network of TRAILS! These trails are great for walking, hiking, and RUNNING!

While some might find trails intimidating due to the uneven (and sometimes technical) terrain and the HILLS (aka-developmental opportunities), running on trails presents a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your core, get stronger, and get more of a ‘full body’ workout!

With this in mind, I’m giving you a little ‘taste’ of the trail 🙂 You’ll have the option of tackling the ‘short’ course (3.2 miles) or the ‘long course’ (5.2 miles). Below is a link to the course map (both courses are out/back) as well as a description of the course(s).
