If you are looking for a quality workout to increase speed and endurance, this week’s wildcard is for you!
Coach Nichole will be stepping in for Toby and will provide guidance and instruction for the workout before the run. You will have the option to run 4 miles with or without a “fartlek” component.
Fartlek (Swedish for “speed play”) is a type of running that varies pace between fast and slow. It’s accessible and recommended for runners of all experience levels. It’s also a fun word to say. “Fartlek!”
