Here’s a course description as well..
- Head WEST on the Embarcadero for roughly a mile.
- At Embarcadero/Bay (Hillstone restaurant on your LEFT), look for a ‘RC2’. Beginner level runners turn around here and head back to the Ferry Building for 2 miles.
- Continue on the Embarcadero towards Fisherman’s Wharf.
- At the intersection of Jefferson/Powell (CVS Pharmacy on the LEFT), look for a ‘RC3’. Intermediate runners will turn around here and head back to the Ferry Building for 3 miles.
- Continue through Fisherman’s Wharf to the edge of Aquatic Park. At the cul-de-sac/roundabout, look for a ‘RC4’. Advanced runners turn around here and head back to the Ferry Building for 4 miles.
- Race level runners will run through Aquatic Park and veer RIGHT to head up Fort Mason Hill. Crest Fort Mason Hill, take in the EPIC view, and look for the ‘RC 5’. Turn around here and head back to the Ferry Building for five miles.
