Saturday’s Recovery Run Course (5.5 miles).
We’ll be logging ‘approximately’ 5.5 miles for this one.
We’ll roll out from the Hint store and take a RIGHT on Fillmore Street. We’ll follow Fillmore Street all the way to Marina Boulevard. We’ll pause briefly at the Marina and do some range of motion drills before proceeding with our run towards the Warming Hut!
Near Baker Street we will make a RIGHT TURN and cross through the volleyball court area into the Yacht Club parking lot and TURN LEFT onto the Marina Promenade. This is a gravel/dirt path that heads towards the Warming Hut.
Upon reaching the Warming Hut (roughly 2 miles), grab some water, use the restroom, turn around, and head back to the Hint Store!
