Sunday Trail Run Course Map (6ish miles)
Here’s a description of said course…
Follow chalk markings indicating ‘RC’ with arrows on paved roads. Follow flour arrows on trail segments.
-Launch from the Marina Green Monkey Bars (adjacent to Marina/Fillmore)
-Run 1/2 a mile (approx) along Marina Boulevard and veer RIGHT through the volleyball courts and onto the Marina Promenade.
-Continue on the Promenade for another 1.5 miles (approx) until you reach the Warming Hut. Run just past the Warming Hut and look for a set of stairs heading up towards the Golden Gate Bridge.
-Follow Battery Trail East underneath the Golden Gate Bridge (2.5 miles into the run, approx)
-Continue running along this trail past Golden Gate Overlook towards Battery to Bluffs Trail.
-Once you reach the top of the staircase descending towards Battery to Bluffs Trail, you will have logged 3 miles (approx)! Turn around here and head back the way you came for 6ish miles!
