FAQ
BEFORE JOINING RUN CLUB, WE IMAGINE YOU MIGHT HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS AS TO WHETHER OR NOT RUN CLUB IS FOR YOU…
The approach we employ at Run Club is gradual, progressive, and methodical. If you can manage ‘2’ miles at 12:00/mile, you’ll fit in just fine at Run Club.
That being said, if two miles does sound REALLY daunting, you might find Run Club a bit more challenging than most. This is not to say that you can’t do it, but perhaps drop us a line first and give us some more details about your current level of fitness, running experience, etc. Feel free to drop us a line at info@sanfranciscorunningclub.com.
There’s nothing wrong with taking advantage of the innumerable ‘free’ runs offered around the city.
